FAQ
When do I pay?
At Mad Science of Northeast Ohio we require a $50 deposit for our party room at the time of booking, otherwise there are no upfront fees. You will receive a link to pay the invoice the day before the party. You may also pay with cash or check the day of the party. (Please separate out any gratuity from the Mad Science payment.)
+Do I need to provide anything?
We need a table at least 5-feet so the Mad Scientist can set-up their equipment. Access to water is necessary for set-up and clean-up as well as access to electricity (we always carry a few extension cords). Please let us know if your party location does not have either of these.
+How far in advance do I need to book my party?
Our party schedule fills up quickly. We suggest you book well in advance to get the date and time you want. Generally, at least 3 weeks in advance is recommended.
+How much does a spectacular birthday cost?
Our pricing is calculated based on the number of kids attending the party. Starting at $215, parents are often surprised at how affordable they are. Call our office for a quote!
